New Online Giving Platform

WE'D LOVE TO HAVE THE SWITCH TO OUR NEW GIVING PROVIDER COMPLETED AS WE START THE NEW YEAR. IF YOU HAVEN'T YET DONE SO, PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW TO TRANSFER YOUR ONLINE GIVING BY JANUARY 1ST.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A HARD DEADLINE, BUT MOVES US IN THE DIRECTION OF CANCELING SERVICE WITH OUR PREVIOUS PROVIDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

We're excited to announce the launch of a new giving platform at Blue Grass Church!

We're rolling out a new, streamlined, and simplified system for online giving. Over the next month, we'll be walking you through moving your online giving to this new platform that you'll be able to manage from the web or our soon to be released iOS and Android apps on your phone or tablet!

Starting this week, when you go to bluegrass.church/give, you'll be taken to our new online giving portal where you'll be prompted to create an account and set up your gift.

Over the next couple of months we'll be phasing out our use of VANCO (our old provider) for online giving.

If you'd like, you can go ahead and move your current recurring gifts and tithes to the new system right now!

PLEASE NOTE: In order to avoid duplicate gifts, you'll need to log in to the old system found HERE and cancel any scheduled gifts made through VANCO.

We'd suggest logging in to VANCO to see when your scheduled gifts are due to be taken from your bank account or credit card before scheduling gifts in the new system to make sure you time everything correctly.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the church office and we'll be happy to talk you through the process.

This new giving platform is one part of a series of updates and upgrades to several aspects of our online presence, including our LiveStream, website, and TV apps.

As mentioned above, we're also releasing new apps for iOS, Android, Apple TV, and Roku that will be rolling out in the next couple of weeks, and will provide countless new ways for you to get notifications of important events and information, and stay connected to the life of the church at Blue Grass like never before!
